Earthlite Announces Acquisition of Continuum Footspas

Earthlite, the professional massage table brand, has announced its acquisition of Continuum Footspas, the professional pedicure spa line, from private owners. The announcement comes just shortly after the passing of Continuum’s founder, John Meyerovich.

“We are very pleased Continuum Footspas will become part of the Earthlite family of companies,” says James Chenevey, president and CEO of Earthlite. “Continuum has a worldwide reputation of manufacturing the finest pedicure equipment in the industry and we are impressed with the quality of the company’s design portfolio and management team.”

Continuum is joining Earthlite, Living Earth Crafts, Stronglite, and Inner Strength in the company’s portfolio. Joe Galati, long-time industry veteran and former Continuum president, will remain as an advisor to the continuum team. Tony Galati will become Continuum’s general manager.

“I couldn’t imagine a more suitable partner than Earthlite and Living Earth Crafts to help facilitate our continued growth in the spa and salon marketplace,” says Joe Galati. “The combined marketing reach of our organizations will be unprecedented. Additionally, I couldn’t be happier for our Continuum staff. As a direct result of this timely acquisition, all employees, particularly Tony, will help lead Continuum for years to come. This merger creates exceptional opportunities in both companies.”

Earthlite, founded in 1987, is headquartered out of Visa, CA, and operates on three continents.
