PRAI Beauty and HSN Launch ‘Not Just a Pretty Face’ Search

In partnership with entertainment and lifestyle retailer HSN, the luxury skincare brand PRAI Beauty has launched a search to discover a woman who represents the luxury skincare company and its philosophy that doing good is just as important as looking and feeling good. Contest judges, including Cathy Kangas, CEO of PRAI Beauty, Nigel Barker, famed fashion photographer and global creative director for PRAI Beauty, and Amy Morrison, host of HSN, are leading the nationwide ‘Not Just a Pretty Face’ Search. To enter, applicants must submit two photographs of themselves (headshot and social media profile photo) and explain why they are ‘not just a pretty face’ in 200 words or less. The panel of judges will select three finalists after entries close on March 1. Fans can then vote on the finalists via PRAI Beauty’s Facebook page on March 6 to 10. HSN will announce the winner in the middle of March and feature her as the new face of PRAI Beauty in April. “We’re about making all women look and feel beautiful,” says Kangas. “We’re launching a nationwide search for a woman who is 40 and older and who embraces the concept of giving back to her community…someone with true beauty from the inside out. At PRAI Beauty, we believe that doing good is just as important as looking and feeling good, so we donate a portion of proceeds and our time to animal charities around the world.”

The winner of this contest will receive a grand prize package, which includes a live on-air appearance and exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at HSN and dinner with Cathy Kangas and Nigel Barker, round-trip airfare and accommodations for two to Tampa, FL, and a year’s worth of PRAI Beauty products. To support PRAI Beauty’s passion for giving back, HSN will also donate $500 to the charity of the winner’s choice.
