Serenity From the Sea

While in Atlanta this week for a business trip, I spent a morning in an unexpectedly relaxing tourist attraction; the Georgia Aquarium. Usually packed with visitors, my Monday morning excursion was peaceful and dare I say it, spa-like. I took my time walking around the tanks, staring into the blue waters dotted with bright sea creatures, and learned fun facts about them from helpful volunteers along the way. In this tranquil environment, I had the same feelings of calm and relaxation I usually only experience at a spa. The soft lighting and yoga music throughout the exhibits created the perfect space for a Zen moment and for worries to melt away, granted only temporarily.

How do you chill out from the stresses of travel?
