I was especially interested to hear about the Grammy-inspired treatment at The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa (Palm Desert, CA). It's offering the Golden Body Scrub ($65, 30 minutes; $119, 60 minutes), which is set to an individual's choice of musical genre. Although guests don't get to walk the red carpet, they do get to cast a ballot to vote for their favorite nominees. The guest who guesses the most winners scores a free $100 credit for a future treatment of his or her choice. Another music-inspired treatment is the Rhythm Massage ($155, 50 minutes) at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach (FL). Set to merengue, salsa, and rumba, the massage incorporates massage strokes to match the beat of the music. Rock 'n Roll enthusiasts won't want to miss the Rock Your Senses ($150) treatment at Spa Toccare at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and Immersion Spa at The Water Club (Atlantic City, NJ).
