I left my iPhone at work last night, and I was a nervous wreck until this morning, stressed about what texts I was missing, who was beating me in Words with Friends, and how I was going to wake up without the alarm I use on my phone. I realized I'm not alone, as I watched the Today Show this morning, where Matt Lauer did a segment based on the fact that 81 percent of people polled would like more quiet time with technology.
