- Cayenne Pepper: Mix one teaspoon each of cayenne pepper and raw cocoa and blend with half of an avocado until texture is smooth. This concoction increases circulation and hleps fight breakouts. It also contains antioxidants, beta-carotene, and vitamins A and C to keep the immune and digestive systems healthy.
- Paprika: Mix half tablespoon of almond meal and one teaspoon of paprika, then pour one tablespoon jojoba oil into the mixture. Blend until evenly combined to brighten complexion and treat age spots. Paprika is high in beta-carotene and iron and helps prevent wrinkles.
- Turmeric: Combine one cup of coconut oil and half cup of shea butter and mix well, then add one tablespoon of turmeric and blend until evenly combined. This cream fights wrinkles and stretch marks and can also heal acne with anti-inflammatory properties.
