Canyon Ranch (Tucson, AZ) recently announced that it will no longer manage the spa at The Omni Homestead Resort (Hot Springs, VA). Last year, Omni Hotels & Resorts purchased The Homestead from KSL Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and has chosen to end its relationship with Canyon Ranch and re-brand the spa. Canyon Ranch is now considering multiple domestic and international opportunities for brand expansion, under the Canyon Ranch, Canyon Ranch SpaClub, and Canyon Ranch SpaClub at Sea brands.
