This acquisition follows the purchase of Greenhouse Spas in Manhasset, New York; Dallas, Texas and Beverly Hills, California by Georgette Klinger, and the purchase of the Greenhouse New York by the original owners of the Greenhouse Dallas, Lee and Gerry Katzof.
