Willow Stream The Spas at Fairmont has partnered with Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration to offer graduating students spa-management training. The 18-month program is set to begin this summer with the first Cornell recruit training at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Arizona.
The program is a win-win. Cornell graduates have the opportunity to gain practical experience and invaluable career opportunities. Fairmont will 'farm' a steady steam of educated, well-rounded spa managers for their Willow Stream Spas, thus creating consistency for their brand.
