GramercyOne, developer of the SpaBooker web-based software, has today announced a partnership with top industry consultant, Lisa Starr. Lisa will become Community Ambassador and will generate and publish industry dialogue and advice, provide coverage of trade events and conferences, and run a free monthly educational webinar, under the GOtalk name, which will be open to clients and non-clients alike.

Lisa Starr has over 30 years’ experience as consultant, writer and educator in the spa & beauty industry. Lisa also works with Wynne Business, a leading spa consulting and education company, facilitating their highly-acclaimed Spa Directors training. Her expertise includes business operations and finances, sales and marketing, inventory management, human resource development, and business process improvement. Lisa is a prominent speaker on the trade show circuit and frequent contributor to industry publications.
