Iredale Mineral Cosmetics (IMC), manufacturer of Jane Iredale mineral makeup, recently held its Global Sales Conference June 12 to 18 at Cranwell Resort & Spa (Lenox, MA). Based in the Berkshires in Massachusetts, Jane Iredale is available at fine spas and salons, resorts, apothecaries, and medical offices in more than 50 countries. The company offers a comprehensive line of makeup developed with quality minerals and skincare ingredients that are good for the skin, creating a healthy, radiant glow. At the conference, founder and president Jane Iredale welcomed nearly 60 international distribution partners representing more than 50 countries in addition to its domestic sales and education team of 70. This year’s theme was “Feed, Fortify, Finish”, which set the tone for learning, growing, and sharing among all. The conference’s agenda consisted of seven days of meetings and activities focused on brand experience, marketing, product innovation, overcoming challenges in the marketplace, product promotions, digital influences, team-building exercises, and a motivational speaker. New business consultants were also welcomed at the conference as well as exceptional 2015 sales efforts were rewarded during an awards banquet. “Our visitors love seeing our headquarters in Great Barrington and how much our area influences all that we do,” says Iredale. “They come to see us from all over the world ready to experience our culture, our wonderful local food, and great shopping, because they all have their favorite stores. They work so hard, so we like to include some fun time among all of the informational sessions. It’s important that they go back with happy memories and feel part of our family.”
