L'Oréal USA has acquired global skincare brands Decléor Paris, a leader in aromatherapy skincare, and Carita Paris, an anti-aging skincare line. Formerly held by the Shiseido Group, both companies have been integrated into L'Oréal’s Professional Products Division. With a portfolio of 28 existing beauty brands and a presence in hair and nail salons across the U.S., the addition of Decléor Paris and Carita Paris marks L’Oréal’s entrance into new distribution channels within the professional beauty market, including day, resort, and destination spas.
