Milano Software, a spa management software company, launched Milano Viewer, a staff productivity app that allows spa staff access to appointment and scheduling information. The app also includes a Mobile Pay option, which enables payment processing. In addition, the company released enhancements to its software suite, including Online Booking, which secures payments made online, and Milano Text, designed to send appointment reminders and confirmations to clients. With Milano Text, the spa software automatically updates the appointment status based on client responses.
