The software features a Success Center, to motivate staff to pre-book, add on retail sales, and increase profits. Additional features include an Appointment Book, which can be used to update existing appointments and block time off for breaks and meetings; a confirmation manager; and the ability to cut and paste appointments. The software also offers a Charms section, which allows employees to acknowledge one another with tokens and digital trophies when they reach goals set by management. Employees can cash in their tokens for prizes in the customized Rewards Store or gift them to other staff members to thank them.
