Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach Transitions to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa

The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach has become Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa. The Ritz-Carlton was sold after the owner, RC/PB Inc., informed the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Marriott International Inc., that they would no longer be employing their services. Along with the hotel, the 42,000-square-foot spa now has its rooms marketed under the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Group, which has 15 five-star, five-diamond resorts under its management. Catherine Warren, Eau Spa director says, "Eau Spa has experienced a record breaking first quarter and we attribute much of this success to the unyielding support of our ownership.” According to hotel officials, the 310-room property is operating with the same staff and at the same level of quality after its management change. “The eagerness of our staff to provided an exemplary service is a direct reflection of the attentiveness that we receive from ownership,“ says Becca Anderson, Eau Spa assistant director.
