The first annual Millennium Hospitality Summit in Las Vegas was a cross-industry gathering of CEOs and senior executives that explored industry challenges and opportunities, and provided attendees with insight
into the latest strategies, applications, and emerging technologies and issues enabling business innovations. Delegates included executives from Aramark, Bear Stearns LLC, Cendant, Harney & Sons, Harrah's Entertainment,
