SPA FINDER PARTNER PROGRAM ESTABLISHED TO CREATE LINK BETWEEN DAY AND STAY SPAS

According to the International Spa Association, 86% of Stay spa-goers frequent Day Spas,new referral program capitalizes on client cross over.

New York, NY—Spa Finder (www.spafinder.com), the nation's largest spa travel, marketing and publishing company, today announced its new Spa Finder Partner Program, an initiative that partners Day and Stay Spas in a mutually beneficial relationship. The program is designed to generate incremental revenue for Day Spas, while helping resort and destination spas expand their client base.

"The International Spa Association has found that 86% of stay spa-goers also frequent Day Spas, clearly indicating that Day Spas are the gateway to a Stay Spa visit," said Pete Ellis, Chairman and CEO of Spa Finder. "This program makes sense because the health and stress-reducing benefits of the spa experience are ideally realized through a combination of regular Day Spa visits enhanced with occasional destination and resort spa visits."

"Because we have strong working relationships with both types of spas, as well as access to the largest number of spa-goers in the world, Spa Finder is uniquely suited to bring about such a relationship," continued Ellis.

In addition to the incentive-based revenue sharing opportunities, the new program gives Day Spa owners and managers the opportunity to visit resort and destination spas, experiencing the benefits of a Stay Spa experience firsthand, while networking with other spa professionals.

Spa Finder formed an Advisory Board to determine the format of the program, which is now being rolled out across the nation. Spa Finder will provide Day Spas with promotional and marketing materials that will direct their clients to book spa travel directly through the Spa Finder Call Center.

Participating Day Spas must qualify to be part of the network and will then be added to the Spa Finder website, included in the Day Spa zip code search and will get expanded exposure through Spa Finder Magazine. In addition, the first 40 Day Spa owners or managers that sign up and are approved will receive invitations to the first intimate networking retreat at Red Mountain Adventure Spa (St. George, Utah) taking place January 27-30.
