SUNDARA INN & SPA RECEIVES SPAEXCELLENCE(SM) CERTIFICATION FROM SPAQUALITY LLC

Sundara Inn & Spa, a luxury destination spa located in Wisconsin, is the first spa in the world to achieve certification in The International Standards of SpaExcellenceSM from SpaQuality LLC. SpaQuality LLC is an independent observer of the spa industry and offers certification upon reaching rigorous criteria in several categories.

'This was thrilling news, given how diligently we've worked since opening our doors two years ago to create a culture of excellence, without compromise, in all we do,' said Kelli Trumble, CEO of Sundara Inn & Spa. 'All the insights from the SpaQuality program are already being put into play as we begin construction on our new Sundara Spa LifestyleTM Villas.'

Sundara Inn & Spa, tucked away in a pine forest on the scenic outskirts of Wisconsin Dells, offers a full menu of soothing and relaxing treatments including massages, facials, body treatments and spa finishing services, along with its own line of signature spa products. Overnight accommodations include 26 suites, each with spa bathroom and fireplace. Its mission is to be a place of wellness where guests find physical, spiritual, mental and emotional balance.

A Certified SpaQuality Assessor conducted the assessment over two days. The spa was assessed in several categories - guest experience processes, operations support processes, management and continual improvement. The spa received a detailed feedback report based on an evaluation of the assessment. The spa then elected to have a SpaQuality three-day on-site training course for its management team. Sundara completed the areas of improvement in the report within the given time frame to be awarded certification.
