Canyon Ranch Ceases Management of Spa at Omni Homestead Resort

Canyon Ranch (Tucson, AZ) recently announced that it will no longer manage the spa at The Omni Homestead Resort (Hot Springs, VA). Last year, Omni Hotels & Resorts purchased The Homestead from KSL Capital Partners , a private equity firm, and has chosen to end its relationship with Canyon Ranch and re-brand the spa. Canyon Ranch is now considering multiple domestic and international opportunities for brand expansion, under the Canyon Ranch , Canyon Ranch SpaClub , and Canyon Ranch SpaClub at Sea brands.
