The refurbishment of Mount Somerset has also began, with eight guestrooms being added along with a spa and gym, and at Woolley Grange in Wiltshire, a spa is under construction and will include an indoor pool, four treatment rooms and a juice bar.
In Lower Slaughter, Gloucestershire, Von Essen will add a stand-alone spa at the rear of Washbourne Court hotel and within walking distance of Lower Slaughter Manor hotel. Facilities will include a pool, gym, four treatment rooms, relaxation area, outdoor hot tub, steam rooms and an "experience" shower.
