Located in The LINQ Hotel and Casino, Spa at The LINQ (Las Vegas, NV) opened in May 2014. Operations Manager, Joy Matti joined the team nine months prior to help with the design process. Her main goal was to ensure that the look of the spa was the perfect fit for their targetted clientele without sacrificing functionality of the business. The LINQ Hotel and Casino caters to millennials which is reflected throughout the design and decor of the spa as well as its treatment menu, amenities, and pricing. "It's supposed to be approachable as a brand but also hip and modern," Matti explains. Throughout the tour, she discusses the spa's retail space, shares their most popular treatments, and shows the purposeful design of the treatment rooms. You'll also get a look at the spa's salt cave, relaxation rooms, and whirlpools as Matti talks about the thought process behind the overall theme.
