Bedford Springs
The historic Bedford Springs Resort will reopen this month following a $120 million renewal and expansion. Central to the property is the 30,000-square footSprings Eternal Spa, designed by Eva Jensch of Spa Concepts International

The 203-year-old Bedford Springs closed in 1990. Nestled on 2,200 acres, the National Historic Landmark now features 215 guestrooms and suites, indoor and outdoor pools, an 18-hole golf course, 25 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a State-of-the-Art IACC Conference Center.

The 14-treatment room spa boasts a 'classic American spa experience'. Treatments are inspired by the resorts eight mineral springs, first used by the local Native Americans for their healing properties. The spa utilizes natural spring water and local herbs in all of its treatments. The property hosts eight natural mineral springs with different curative properties. Guests can soak in the Bedford Baths, unique menç—´ and womenç—´ bathhouses offering the Bedford Bath Ritual that guides them through a series of Mineral Deluge Showers, Aroma Steam Rooms, Hot and Cold Mineral Water Pools. The historical é??edford Cure is offered through numerous packages that introduce guest to the pristine mountain environment surrounding the resort.

Jensch says å...¸he Bedford Springs resort has historically shared the honor of entertaining the famous, the fashionable and the powerful over the past 200 years. Many claimed to find 'cures' from the famous mineral waters. We have revived those traditions and are offering a small slice of history in a very contemporary way.
