Today, Bliss, a leading spa and beauty products company, announced Meri Baregamian as CEO. Baregamian joins Bliss with more than 20 years of beauty industry experience from previous roles in the global brands division of Walgreens Boots Alliance and serving as CEO of North America for Soap & Glory, a leading producer of affordable beauty products, for almost five years prior to its acquisition by Walgreens Boots Alliance. She also formally established and built the Boscia Skincare brand from the ground up, solidifying it as a top brand in its category, and held positions at Stila Cosmetics and Laura Mercier. "I'm so pleased to join the talented team at Bliss and share their confidence in Bliss' continued growth and innovation opportunities,” says Baregamian. “Bliss has always been a revolutionary brand, pushing the limits of the common conception of a spa. I look forward to working closely with the Bliss team as we focus on building upon the brand's spa heritage."
Bliss is a division of Steiner Leisure Limited and currently operates 21 spas around the world and its spa-powered products are sold in more than 35 countries. The company offers highly effective treatments at its spas, including facials, massages, body treatments, hair removal, and nail services. "Meri's deep industry expertise and experience growing top beauty brands will be instrumental in maintaining Bliss' role as a global leader in spa innovation and service,” says Leonard Fluxman, CEO of Steiner Leisure Limited. “I am confident that Meri is the right person to lead Bliss and look forward to her immediate contributions.
