Book4Time, a provider of cloud-based spa management solutions, launched an updated version of its iPad mobile app. The app allows spa directors and employees to book and manage appointments, as well as update customer preferences from virtually anywhere–from a treatment room to the boutique or even by the pool. “Our latest version adds a new touch for the front desk and therapists to enhance the way that they interact with clients by enabling them with time sensitive information they need to service and exceed guest expectations,” says Roger Sholanki CEO of Book4time. Case in point: users can promptly check in guests via the app if the wait is too long at the front desk—which ultimately enhances the guest experience and cuts down on customer dissatisfaction. Book4time’s new mobile app is just one of many new enhancements to be rolled out this year.
