Make Your Spa Teen-Friendly

Here are some steps you can take to improve your understanding of the teen market:

  • Form a "teen advisory board" comprised of employees' and clients' kids.  Ask them why they would frequent your spa
  • Test-market a new package, slogan or pitch aimed at a younger market
  • Get your spa products into the hands of a high-profile or celebrity teen, or, better yet, have them come for treatments at your spa
  • Watch MTV to pick up on the latest teen trends
  • Listen to your teenage children and ask them for ideas
  • Design mother/daughter packages to take advantage of bonding opportunities
