World-Renowned French Skincare Houses Now in Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley residents can now unplug with panache thanks to the launch of several new treatments developed by world-renowned French skincare houses Maison Caulierés and EviDenS de Beauté at Sense, A Rosewood Spa at Rosewood Sand Hill (Menlo Park, CA). The spa is the only one in the U.S. to offer the high-end lines. Spa-goers may now enjoy Lights of the Seasons ($350, 2 hours), a holistic ritual that follows nature’s cycle of the seasons with a full-body scrub, a comforting head and face massage, a hand and foot massage, and a stimulating targeted massage to the stomach, back, upper chest, and arms, and Like a Fertile Land ($250, 90 minutes), a signature massage focused on relieving tension. Both treatments from Maison Cauliéres rely on nourishing oils from seeds and flowers harvested in France’s Loire Valley. The spa also debuted four facials from EviDens de Beauté that subscribe to the Japanese principle of Kaizen, the neverending quest for perfection. For those in the startup capital, the new treatments provide the perfect pièce de résistance.
