Chai Tea Service in San Francisco

Nob Hill Spa in San FranciscoSpa-goers at The Nob Hill Spa at The Scarlet Huntington Hotel (San Francisco) can partake in its new seasonal Chai Latte Sugar Scrub ($145, 50 minutes), which highlights the warming properties of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and ginger. Spotlighting products from Michele’s Apothecary, this unique sugar scrub also helps to stimulate blood and lymph circulation in the body with the texture of crushed sugar, mango and shea butters, and kaolin clay. “Sugar-based scrubs are known to be naturally moisturizing, anti-aging, and excellent at exfoliation,” says spa director Ania Mankowska-Allard. “They have natural moisture-drawing properties, and alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) encourage cell turnover, generating fresh, younger skin.” Following the scrub, an aromatic and decadent Whipped Shea Butter Crème made with Sonoma County wildflower honey and organic vanilla is applied, providing skin with incredible moisture—which is everyone’s cup of tea.
