Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, a professional skincare company, has announced that two new staff members have agreed to join its practice as client care specialists. Mariamar Masso, LE, and Andre Henson, MBA, bring more than 40 years of combined business, business coaching, customer service, and wellness experience to the skincare institute and research facility. “Our skin care philosophy focuses on circadian rhythms and the natural strategies of defending against the environment by day and providing a boost to the body's restorative powers at night,” says owner Michael Q. Pugliese, LE. “Our practice is a third-generation business, and we are delighted to add new marketing and customer service skills to our team, which expand our viewpoint and strengthen the company's business practices, use of skincare technology, and education of our professional affiliates.”
Masso has more than 20 years of experience in retail sales and eight years in the skincare industry. She has always demonstrated great passion whether coaching businesses to achieve marketing goals or helping to change people's lives through skin care treatments. Henson brings 13 years of experience to his new job. He holds degrees in both business and international marketing, and his skills will help to position the company for marketing success to a global audience that includes the U.S., Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, and more markets to come. The accomplished spa and wellness professional has worked in the industry as a service practitioner, product consultant, and spa owner. Henson offers client support for estheticians and physicians to help them provide cutting-edge technology, patient education and the latest business, marketing and social media practices.
