CND announced that Wanda Ruiz is the recipient of its prestigious 2011 Education Ambassador of the Year Award, the highest honor a CND educator can receive. Ruiz joined CND in 2006 and is not only part of Team CND, an elite group composed of the top Education Ambassadors across the country, but she is Team CND's longest-standing member. Ruiz has taken nail education to new heights as instructor of dozens of Boot Camps in Spain, Trinidad, and the U.S., and she has been a lead artist for numerous shows during New York Fashion Week for more than six years. "Wanda is a true role model for nail professionals worldwide," says Roxanne Valinoti, education training manager for CND. "Her knowledge and teaching style makes it easy to understand. She continues to challenge herself by learning new skills and does it all with passion and grace."
