Elite Therapeutics Partners with Spa4ThePink

For Elite Therapeutics, breast cancer awareness goes beyond the month of October. Developed by radiation oncologist, Dr. Kevin Schewe, Elite Therapeutics was originally created to help heal his cancer patients damaged skin from treatment. His goal was to create products that would heal the skin and for the hair. During the month of October, Elite Therapeutics donated a portion of proceeds from its online sales to Spa4ThePink. In addition, the company partnered with Spa4ThePink to deliver products to cancer patients through its Share² program. Share² is a program based on a Donate one, Keep One model. It provides donors with the ability to gift a self-care kit to someone they know and love healing from cancer; and the second self-care kit is delivered to a person living with cancer. Each box is part of a collaborative effort with select spa partners who share a mission for more effective skin and body products to help individuals nurture themselves, and address the side effects from traditional cancer treatments. The 40 sets of Elite Therapeutics skin and hair products boxes will be given out at the Spa Day at University of Colorado, Anschutz Cancer Center on Feb. 11.
