GramercyOne released Booker 8.4, which was created to take the features its customers already love and make them even better. The new version of the software boasts updates based on real user feedback, including marketing specials to attract new customers and fill up appointment books; real-time metrics to break down the ROI; a New Customers column, which displays the total first-time customers that redeemed each special; and the addition of employee preferences to mobile booking. When customers book an appointment on their iPhone, iPad, or Android device, they can select their favorite service provider or a preferred gender. Other additions include an automatic opt-out of the “We Miss You” emails for customers with upcoming appointments; Members Only services to reward loyal customers;better inventory management through improved product search filters and navigation; and more.
