The 18th annual awards recognize travel companies for delivering an outstanding customer experience and are voted by travel professionals and consumers worldwide. Since opening in 2009, the five-star Grandhotel Lienz has set a precedent in wellness tourism by offering conventional medicine with the latest medical advances. “It is a tremendous honor to be named Europe’s Leading Wellness Hotel," says Heinz Simonitsch, owner of the Grandhotel Lienz.
