As we begin to shed our layers of warm clothing in preparation for sunny days and higher temperatures many spa-goers take the time to reevaluate their diets. Some more extreme measures include cleanses and fasts, however a few healthful changes can make a big difference in energy levels, the skin's appearance, and confidence in showing some skin. Personally, I enjoy a glass of green vegetable-packed juice incorporating seasonal produce each day. Many others would agree and Lydia Sarfati, founder and CEO of Repêchage, has a green juice recipe of her own. Simply add the ingredients below to a blender or juicer to make this nutrient-rich snack anytime.

Ingredients:

1  whole cucumber

1 green apple

2 tbsps of honey

1 bunch of parsley or kale

juice from 1 lemon

(For the brave, add ginger or cayenne pepper.)
