The last few years I’ve been eliminating added sugar from my diet. I have a big sweet tooth, so it hasn’t been easy but it has definitely been worth it for clearer skin and consistent energy. My diet isn’t all sour, I keep natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup on hand to use in moderation. I get maple syrup straight from the farm where my husband grew up, so I know it’s as pure as possible. I’m not the only one jumping on the maple sugar bandwagon. Omni Hotels & Resorts has incorporated a maple-infused cocktail menu and spa treatments to ensure guests have a super sweet (and healthy) summer.
