relaxation report

After a few busy weeks of travel and deadlines, I’m looking forward to some relaxation. I don’t have a specific plan yet, but I’ll likely fill my weekend with some fitness, quiet time, good food, and extra zzz’s. I’m not alone, as the Princess Cruises’ 7th Annual Relaxation Report reveals. The survey completed by Wakefield Research found that the majority of working Americans (72 percent) take at least one day off a year just to sleep, and two out of five (40 percent) take five or more days off per year for the same reason. Here are a few more intriguing statistics from the report. It’s safe to say relaxation is in high demand.
