Jane Iredale, president and CEO and founder of Jane Iredale – The Skin Care Makeup recently addressed the monthly meeting of the Berkshire Business and Professional Women (Berkshire BPW) organization, which was held at the Kemble Inn in Lenox, MA. Seventy-five members of the organization were in attendance for the talk. Iredale discussed what inspired her to create her own line of mineral makeup, particular challenges she has had to overcome to produce a globally recognized product line, and specific advice to women entrepreneurs who are trying to find their own way to a successful path in business. After her talk, Iredale answered questions from the members ranging from product development to her views on the current business environment. “I am very proud of the work that the Berkshire BPW does to advance opportunities for working women and I was happy to talk with this important group," says Iredale. "I hope that my story is helpful to perhaps inspire someone else who has an idea or a dream and just needed that small push to make that dream their reality."
