Massage Envy has committed its support to Beauty Changes Lives and the scholarship programs it funds. The company has pledged $10,000 in scholarship grants for students pursuing careers as massage therapists. CG Funk, vice president of industry relations and product development at Massage Envy is working with the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation to develop scholarship program elements that recognize the unique skills of massage therapists. “Massage therapy is the fastest growing healthcare profession in the country today, and Massage Envy is the largest employer of massage therapists and estheticians in the U.S.," says Funk. "Massage therapy is a wonderful career and through these scholarships, Massage Envy’s goal is to support students in realizing their dreams of becoming professional massage therapists."
The Beauty Changes Lives Enrolled Student Scholarship Competition was the first educational award program offered by the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation.
