Beauty Blitz

Scheduling a quick lunch-hour trip to the dermatologist for a professional-strength peel isn’t always possible or affordable. That’s why board-certified dermatologist Neal Schultz, M.D., has teamed up with Butterfly Studio Salon (New York City) to introduce a peel bar featuring BeautyRX, his comprehensive skincare collection. Available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, BeautyRX Peel Bar gives clients the opportunity to experience Schultz’s popular 40 percent glycolic peel ($39), the most requested service of his practice. Trained staff members administer the two-minute skin fix, which can be maintained with The Progressive Peel, BeautyRx’s six-week at-home glycolic system. “My  clients have learned that when they embrace glycolic exfoliation, they uncover the gorgeous, glowing skin they want,” says Schultz. “When the idea arose of bringing our in-office peel downtown to Butterfly Studio Salon so it would be available to people outside the four walls of my practice, it was an instant yes.” Spa-goers can now combine the fast fix with a blowout or makeup application. It’s beauty in a New York minute.—Heather Mikesell
