Dermalogica Releases its First Professional Device

Dermalogica released its first professional devices, ProPen and ProRestore. ProPen is a microneedling and nanoneedling and comes with four cartridges:a 9-pin tip with very fine (.18mm) needles fpr controlled, precise perforation, and maximum penetration; a 24-pin tip (.25 mm) for gentler needling, ideal for thin or sensitive skin; a 5D metal nano tip for large surfaces, and a silicone nano tip to target smaller, areas like the eyes and lips. The ProRestore is designed for micro-injury skin treatments such as microneedling, fibroblast skin tightening, lasers, and chemical peels. It aims to support the skin to decrease downtime and improve skin recovery. The active ingredients also prepares the skin’s barrier, restores its condition, and helps the appearance of firmness and brightness to the skin. The ProPen Kit ($699) includes pen, two batteries, 1 battery charger, power cord & plug, and instruction manual. Cartridges are sold in packs of 10, ($75-$110). The ProRestore ($120) comes in a box of 12 tubes.
