And it doesn’t hurt that Grajales is fully committed to the spa lifestyle.” Grajales joins the company with 20 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industries. Her career in hospitality started in management with Hyatt Hotels. She then honed her spa experience with management positions at the Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, and the Biltmore Hotel (Coral Gables, FL). Her most recent spa director position was at the The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. A former board member of the Florida Spa Association and current board member of the Carolinas Salon and Spa Association, Grajales has also held positions in industry sales for luxury French brands Decléor and Carita, and UK-based sunless tanning company Vita Liberata. “Spa and sales are my passion—I love what I do and I cannot imagine doing anything else,” says Grajales. “I am deeply passionate about Mio Skincare’s mission to help women achieve fit skin for life.
