The National Coalition of Estheticians Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations (NCEA) is launching its first Esthetic Teacher Training (NETT) conference from May 16 to 18 in Las Vegas. Classes will cover such topics as the latest in esthetic machine technology and how it affects school curriculum, emerging career opportunities for estheticians, and the importance of continuing education and certification and how it can help students gain an edge. 'This is an exciting step for the NCEA,' says Susanne S. Warfield, NCEA executive director. 'We have already accomplished a national certification for skin care professionals, and now we are helping the teachers to become the best they can be.'
