Burke Williams Day Spa Expands Massage Therapy Offerings

Burke Williams Day Spa Burke Williams Day Spa (multiple locations in California) has introduced two new massage concepts to the brand’s portfolio. On February 1, the flagship Burke Williams Academy of Massage Therapy opened in Inglewood, and in April, the brand’s first Simply Massage center is set to open in Marina del Rey. These two new concepts will further the family-owned and operated company’s strategic plans. “As our Burke Williams brand continues to grow and expand with new day spa locations and the Simply Massage centers, we want to provide the absolute best massage therapy services available,” says owner and founder Bill Armour. “What better way to offer those students interested in working in the massage therapy field with the optimum training and work opportunities from the start of their career.”

The Academy of Massage Therapy offers a BPPE approved program and 500 hours toward CAMTC Certification. All massage therapy students will not only have their complete tuition fee waived, but they will be paid for their time learning. In addition, students will have the opportunity to receive 100 additional paid hours of hands-on training in massage skills and body mechanics to prepare for a spa environment. All Academy instructors are certified massage therapists who have successful careers in the industry and with Burke Williams.

At Simply Massage guests receive all of the benefits of a therapeutic and relaxing massage service at an affordable price in a convenient location. The Simply Massage membership program costs $59 per month with a six-month membership commitment that includes the benefit of one 60-minute massage per month. “While the pace of life just continues to increase, we wanted to bring the benefits of massage therapy to everyone,” says Armour. “Simply Massage brings the best Burke Williams massage therapists into a convenient and simple environment with all the perks of the relaxing day spa.”
