I find the members of our industry to be a rather cooperative bunch, so I wanted to pass along a research study in hopes that you will help out. The study is being conducted at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne by Veronica Waldthausen and Professor Demian Hodari and is evaluating the role of the Spa Manager. In order to have solid and useful results, it would be of great help to the researchers if Spa Managers/Assistant Spa Managers could complete a short survey about their roles.
