WSVN TV reports that a customer who was allegedly violated on the massage table at the Marriot-owned Doral Golf Resort and Spa plans on suing her massage therapist. The victim, a 29-year-old mother of two, said she was assaulted on Jan. 23.
Police said David Munoz, 27, allegedly sexually assaulted her. According to the arrest report, 'The victim immediately told the defendant 'no' and 'stop' but did not remove his finger(s) until the victim put her hand on his chest and pushed him away.'
Munoz faces charges of sexual battery and has been released on bond. However, his lawyer said claims by police that his client confessed to them are false. Police said Munoz confessed to them. According to the police report, Munoz stated 'that he has a lot of problems in his life and 'lost his head.''
