Cornell releases new report on service innovations

The Center for Hospitality Research at Cornell University has just released Set 4 of their study, 'Cases in Innovative Practices in Hospitality and Related Services.'  This report identifies some intriguing new trends and innovations in hotels and restaurants around the world, including table-service dining with touch-screen ordering for a meal at the gate at JFK Airport, and a report on how Wendy's International is using an online training program to fast-track management candidates and reduce turnover.  The CHR publishes new research reports frequently,and registration is free.
