Earthlite and Living Earth Crafts Acquire Tara Spa Therapy

Earthlite and Living Earth Crafts (LEC) have announced its acquisition of Tara Spa Therapy. The companies will work hand-in-hand together as the founder of Tara Spa Therapy, Tara Grodjesk, will join the Earthlite as vice president, shareholder, and chief product alchemist.

“We have known and admired Tara and her company for many years and we are so honored to welcome her as Earthlite LLC’s first female corporate officer,” said Jim Chenevey, CEO of Earthlite. “We believe that Tara will make great contributions to Earthlite’s future direction, and her line of innovative spa products will absolutely thrive under the Earthlite and LEC umbrellas.” 

Both Tara Spa Therapy and Living Earth Crafts, the luxury division of Earthlite, aim to grow within the spa and wellness industry and continue to establish themselves as industry leaders. The new partnership will aid Earthlite in gaining an edge in the industry, as the acquisition of Tara Spa Therapy not only brings knowledge of its given area, but clients such as Auberge Resorts, Red Door Spas, Marriott, and Fairmont Hotels.

With her new role, Grodjesk will also be heading the newly created spa and massage products division of Earthlite to help expand the company’s impact in the wellness industry. She brings with her an expertise in ayurvedic medicine, aromatherapy, and massage therapy. She is also cofounder of the Green Spa Network and an advocate for sustainability of both people and the planet.

Both companies practice sustainable measures making the two a cohesive partnership. Tara Spa Therapy will join five other brands that Earthlite has collected via acquisition, including Stronglite, Continuum, and Inner Strength.
