Hilton Worldwide Names New Director of Global Brand Spa

Hilton Worldwide has named Jessica Shea director of global brand spa. For her new role, Shea has relocated to the Hilton Worldwide headquarters in McLean, VA, from Bangkok, where she previously worked as director of spas for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, as well as served as spa director at Elemis Spa at The St. Regis Bangkok. As director of global brand spa, Shea will lead the concept management and product development for Hilton Worldwide’s spas globally. She will also focus on ensuring a relaxing and stress-free spa guest journey across Hilton Worldwide’s luxury and full-service brands through harmonizing the spa and fitness experience, as well as by creating a stronger team culture. Says Ryan Crabbe, senior director of global wellness for Hilton Worldwide, “I’m very grateful for the uniquely balanced global perspective I know Jessica will contribute as we continue to innovate in the wellness world.”
