Your spas are constantly going above and beyond to please spa-goers, and it shows. Each time I visit a spa I am impressed over and over with the attention to detail, personal care, upbeat attitudes, and much much more. Sometimes there is a snafu, but there are many ways you can remedy it to keep the customer.
