New Training Course Seeks to Boost Spa Retail Sales

Moontide Consulting, retail sales training for technicians, customized workshops, and management coaching for the global spa industry, has introduced a new course to improve retail sales results. The company’s president Linda Harding-Bond, who recently relocated to Bangkok, Thailand from the U.S., discovered that the global spa industry faces the same ongoing challenge. The former award-winning esthetician introduced Increasing Your Retail Selling: An Online Training Class for Spa Managers. "This is the only retail training designed specifically for introverts, the most prevalent personality type found among spa therapists" says Harding-Bond. The program has been months in development and is offered to help spas as they approach the fourth quarter and seek to reach their annual revenue goals. In addition to the eight video modules and trainer's guide, the course includes templates for therapist assessment, customer role-plays, and customer engagement scenarios. Students also get to participate in a live weekly video conferences with Harding-Bond.
