Repêchage Hosts 19th Annual International Conference

Repêchage hosted its 19th annual International Conference for Salon and Spa Professionals recently, inviting more than 175 skincare professional to attend the day long event at the Park Hyatt New York.

The theme for this year’s conference was “Turn Back the Clock,” where Repêchage cofounder and CEO Lydia Sarfati highlighted the growth of the anti-aging skincare market. According to Sarfati, the global market for anti-aging products and services is expected to reach $352.7 billion by 2020. To further solidify its place in the anti-aging market, Repêchage announced two new anti-aging products at the event – the new Repêchage Triple Action Peptide Mask and Repêchage Biolight Luminex Mask.

The event also hosted the company’s annual Repêchage President’s Awards, where industry professionals including Dzigbordi K. Dosoo, Brian David Coone, Val Cooper, Yolanda Amador, and others were given awards in categories like the inspiration award, the rising star award, a service award, an innovative concept award, and more.

A number of speakers presented at the annual conference, including Samuel Shatkin, FACS, M.D., who presented on wrinkle formation, and Dzigbordi Dosoo, who discussed beauty, wellness, and lifestyle in Africa.
